No Sealcoat parking list 

Due to the latest refinement in sealcoating you should not seal the following:

1. Parking lots less than 10,000 sq ft
2. Fast food chain restaurants
   
3. Gas stations
   
4. Car washes
5. Lube stops, drive thrus & small auto shops

*Small lots with any and all tight turning radius turning of vehicles should not have any sealer put on it.

*Sealcoat at your own risk, shiny smooth pavement cannot adhere to sealers presently on the market.
